π¬ What customers are saying:
β β β β β"Excellent product.: I love Guru Nanda's coconut oil mouthwash. It leaves my mouth feeling super clean and fresh, without the burning sensation of other rinses. What impresses me most is that when I use it at night, I wake up feeling fresh, without the usual morning bad breath. My order arrived early and completely sealed. I highly recommend it."
β β β β β"Fantastic product: I love this oil. Does a great job on my teeth, it has a wonderful taste and toothbrush is soft. It always arrives quickly and on time. Iβd definitely recommend this product."
β β β β β"Great product: I got this product because it went viral. I don't agree with the viral videos, however, I have bought the product 2 times now. It has helped me with sensitive teeth literally after one use I see a difference and it does help with breath freshening. It's a great product regardless of it going viral and there are other benefits too."
β β β β β"I'm On The Struggle Bus With This Oil Pulling Routine: I'm trying to like it but I'm struggling. The only way I can equate this is if you have a big glass of Coke/Dr Pepper/Sprite, etc and you were all ready for that carbonation and you took a big drink and it ended up being the flattest Coke you've ever had. That's the only way to describe this. I have the Coconut/Mint flavor and when you're filling up the provided medicine cup you smell the minty flavor and you go to put it in your mouth expecting it to taste like your spearmint flavored mouthwash and it's not like that at all. It's a weird taste. It says to work your way up to 10 minutes. I can't even do 2 minutes. It's a lot thicker and more viscous than mouthwash so it's harder to swish around in your mouth. You wouldn't think so but after a while your cheeks get tired. Or mine do. You're not supposed to spit it down the drain or in the commode since it is oil. It's recommended to spit it in the trash can. And you do this before brushing your teeth. I struggle to make myself do it at night. The coconut in it does make my teeth feel slick afterwards which I like and the provided toothbrush is amazing. I ended up buying a big package of the toothbrushes for my family. I think if I can ever get through this 8 oz bottle and if I continue I think I'll try the cinnamon flavor next time so it doesn't ruin my taste for my mint flavored mouthwash."
β β β β β"The one time social media got it right!: My sister law was raving about this since she saw it on social media. I told her, "use it for a month and let me see the results". I could actually see a difference. Her gums are a healthy color and her teeth are a beautiful NATURAL white. Not Ross from Friends in that one episode White BUT a healthy and natural looking white. She drinks coffee LIKE THERE'S NO TOMORROW and her teeth WERE YELLOW and gums always looked RED. SHE SAID THIS IS THE ONLY THING SHE HAS CHANGED TO HER ROUTINE. So, I bought it...and I'm now on my 2nd bottle. My breath stays fresh for longer, my coffee habit is no longer ger making my teeth look dingy! And I feel it makes my brushing .ore effective as well. DON'T FORGET TO USE THE TONGUE SCRAPER!"

π¬ What customers are saying:
β β β β β"CHANGED MY DENTAL HEALTH: This product has changed my gum health! I had a car accident years ago which was followed by a lot of dental surgeries to repair the damage from the accident. Through it all my gum health deteriorated. My dentist was concerned about periodontal disease. I have been using this product for about a year. It has almost turned my gum health around completely! I use it every single day for ten minutes. Highly recommend."
β β β β β"5 days after use!: Okay so I bought this product sheerly out of desperation. It wasnβt recommended to me and I hadnβt seen any reviews prior to buying it. However, Iβm so glad I got it! It works so well. I keep in my mouth for 5 minutes every morning before brushing my teeth with the pink whitening Euthymol toothpaste and my teeth are sooo freaking white! Only thing I would warn people about is the texture. The thick (obviously) oily texture did make me gag the first few times. (P.s) my teeth have never been Insanely yellow in the past so I canβt fully guarantee this will be affective on people with a more drastic condition."
β β β β β"Easy and effective: I SWEAR by this stuff! Everyone asks what I do to keep my teeth white, and one of my friends even told me she would love thought Iβve paid someone to professionally whiten my teeth! Itβs so easy to use. The taste is a bit odd at first but you get used to it and itβs honestly gentler that mouthwash in my opinion. Super easy to add into your daily routine!"
β β β β β"Yes for me: I genuinely recognize a difference when using this!"
β β β β β"Nice gym detox!: Love this oil.. itβs way more tolerable than regular coconut butter. Nice for a weekly detox"

π¬ What customers are saying:
β β β β β"Refreshing and Works Wonders!: I was always hesitant about oil-pulling due to having to swish the solution in my mouth for 10 minutes. I did not think I had it in me to find the patience. Surprisingly, the time goes by quickly. This oil is smooth-tasting and very refreshing. I have been dealing with sore gums and after an oil-pulling session, I feel immediate relief. This will definitely help me until I can make a dentist appointment. It is important to remember to shake the bottle well before each use. Also, when done do not empty the mouth down the sink as it may cause pipe and sewer problems over time. I simply empty my mouth into a folded piece of paper towel or tissue and discard it into the trash can. Or one can simply aim for the trash directly. I did that once and had an awful splashback. I guess I don't have the best aim. Overall, after my current dental issue is resolved, I will continue to use this product."
β β β β β"Definitely a great product: I love this coconut oil pulling mouthwash! It leaves my mouth feeling clean and refreshed without any harsh chemicals. The peppermint flavor is mild but freshens breath really well. Iβve noticed my gums feel healthier, and my teeth look a bit cleaner too. Itβs a natural and easy addition to my morning routine. Definitely a great alternative to traditional mouthwash!"
β β β β β"Revitalizing Zing!: Absolutely fantastic! Wakes up the gums! Revitalizes the Breath"
β β β β β"Good but a little thick.: This oil has a strong mint flavor which definitely freshens your breath but the thickness took me a little time to adjust to. Felt like I had engine oil in my mouth. My previous pulling oil wasnt as heavy as this. I havent used it long enough to notice any whitening difference."
β β β β β"Easy to incorporate in an everyday routine: This was very easy to incorporate in my daily routine. I start the process before showering every morning and swish for at least 15-20 mins. I spit in the trash bin and then brush my teeth. My teeth are noticeably whiter, breath is fresher, teeth feel cleaner. I can tell the difference when I don't use and just brush alone."

π¬ What customers are saying:
β β β β β"I really notice a difference - perfect for sensitive gums: I knew about oil pulling since the "alternative healthy lifestyle" trend back in the late 2010s but didn't really continue doing it since I didn't like having to deal with coconut oil either being too hard to scoop out or too melted to pour out and not make a mess with. I saw a lot of influences using this and I can tell you this genuinely works. I have issues with receding gums because of Invisalign and health issues not giving me enough energy to do a full dental routine. I'm always put off flossing and used to just brush my tongue with my toothbrush but after trying this in the morning before brushing my teeth, my gums aren't bleeding or sore after I floss them, which makes it a whole lot easier to have the motivation to keep flossing them twice a day. The flavor is tolerable and it's very easy to measure out how much you need with the included measuring cup. It's easily rinsed with warm water and my mouth health has improved literally after one use. I wish they made bigger bottles of the original formula for this price, but the benefits are just too good to not get this."
β β β β β"Makes your mouth feel so clean: Great product. I am new at oil pulling & thought it was going to be gross , but this is not. The tongue scraper is great too!"
β β β β β"I was like how much more often do I need to be ...: The first thought of having a spoon of oil in my mouth made me sick. I even started using this pulling oil about 2 weeks after I received it just because I didn't want to start. I floss and and mouthwash everyday twice a day and my gum just bleeds all the time. When I went to the dentist, they said that I needed to floss more often, I was like how much more often do I need to be when I floss twice a day everyday already. So, I decided to try a holistic and natural way. I was having such a hard time trying to open the bottle cap, it took me literally 20 minutes to open the bottle and I even used a scissor and a cutter, it just won't open (I broke a couple of fingernails in the process). I used 15ml the first time and it honestly wasn't as bad as I expected. It didn't have an oil smell or greasy taste, it has peppermint taste to it and it actually was pleasant at the beginning. I decided to keep on swishing until I'm done showering, I feel like it's easier to swish while you multitask because you'll keep your mind off swishing oil in your mouth. I did say it was pleasant in the beginning it's because the oil after you swish 5 minutes transformed into a thick almost gooey like and harder to swish. However, I'm glad the peppermint taste is still there all the way through the swishing process. When I spit it out in a garbage bin, the oil color changed into a yellowish white color. My mouth and teeth wasn't greasy as well after I spit it out. That doesn't mean you shouldn't brush your teeth. I've been using Natural Tooth & Gum Powder with Activated Charcoal to brush my teeth with this oil because I tried regular toothpaste, it didn't feel squeaky clean as the Charcoal Tooth Powder. Both oil and powder helps with my gum bleeds as well. I still floss religiously as well, maybe I don't need to but it became a habit of mine, also it helps me see if my gum still bleeding or not. I've been using this pulling oil for a month 4-5 times a week and I see I have less and less plaque and whiter brighter teeth. Also, I use 15ml each time, I tried to use more but like I said, when the oil changes forms, it's harder to swish and more liquid that's harder to swish is a big no no for me. 15ml is the perfect amount. Definitely buying again. Giving it 4 stars due to the challenging bottle cap."
β β β β β"Consider This Skeptic Impressed!: Iβll be honest, I didnβt expect for this to work at all. Iβll be even more honest, I literally rolled my eyes while swishing this around during my first try because I thought it was a pointless endeavor. I have been dealing with a very inflamed gum line for years now and, to make matters worse, they have begun receding over the last year. The receding isnβt anything major, but itβs been enough to throw me into an anxious fit. I refuse to step foot into a dentist office until Iβm fully vaccinated, so Iβve been forced to seek other treatment options. I have tried numerous mouth washes and rinses, to no avail. I even stepped up my game with flossing, brushing, and purchased more high-end products. Still, no noticeable improvement (Iβm positive the frequent brushing and flossing has helped me, donβt get me wrong, but the visible symptoms remained the same). Finally, I did a little extra research and found a few articles on Pulling Oil. Figured, βWhat do I have to lose?β Purchased a single bottle, expecting to throw it out in a week or two. Now? Iβm on the verge of purchasing another bottle, assuming the improvement continues with the rest of this first one (I'm a little over halfway done). To be more specific with the improvements: My gum line is still inflamed, but the shade of red has reduced significantly. The first day, I only used the product for two minutes before spitting, then five minutes the following day, and then ten minutes every day afterward. I began using this exactly one week ago, so the fact that the inflammation is already going down has been a pleasant surprise. Not only that, but little areas of my gums are beginning to slowly re-connect with my teeth. I can tell itβs a slow process that will take time, but Iβm just pleased to see a process happening at all. My breath also no longer smells, something I have always been self-conscious about. If I had one con, it's that my teeth haven't gotten whiter in any way. Whether this changes, who knows, but I didn't buy it for that purpose (there are great teeth whitening pens for that). My recommendation: Be patient! It took five days before I noticed even the slightest difference, then two days more before I really saw any actual improvement. If youβre hoping to see great results fast, youβre setting yourself up for failure and disappointment. Give it time, use it once a day for ten minutes, and don't take a day off. Swishing this stuff around in your mouth for ten minutes a day can be tedious, but youβll get used to it after two or three days. Iβm always pleased when it goes into my mouth dark, then comes out a much lighter shade. The taste isn't the best, but it's not so bad that I can't tolerate it, and it smells nice (I accidentally spilled a few drops on my bathroom counter and it made the entire bathroom smell great). Also, make sure youβre practicing other good oral health habits. I bought an Oral-B electric brush and use it twice a day for three minutes after lunch and dinner with Sensodyne toothpaste (note: wait at least thirty minutes after eating before you brush, as brushing immediately after is bad for the enamel). I also purchased sensitive brush heads. I floss directly after every meal and snack using Oral-B Glide floss picks (in my experience, that brand of floss picks pull out debris better than other picks or standard string floss), and clean my tongue with a stainless-steel tongue scraper I also bought from Amazon (I use it three times a day, six to eight scrapes per use). I donβt rinse my mouth after brushing because it removes a lot of the paste, I just spit well and wipe the outside of my mouth, then scrape off toothpaste from my tongue using the scraper. But DO spit out AND rinse the Pulling Oil right after using. Also, I always use the oil after flossing but before brushing, as the directions instruct. Iβll be updating this in a week or two when I finish the bottle (I know a lot of people say this and never do, but you can bet on it). For now? Five stars. -- UPDATE #1 - April 7th, 2021. Exactly one week later and I bring good news! Inflammation has continued to go down, leaving me with a very dark shade of pink at the gum line, as opposed to full-on red, and I actually think this product might stop me from using the term 'inflammation' in a matter of weeks. There was a strange two-day period where it looked like my gums were somehow starting to regress, but the following day suddenly showed really fantastic results. It seems like when the changes kick in, they *really* kick in. My teeth have also gotten a little whiter since my last review, but only slightly. I still wouldn't use this for teeth whitening, if that's your main objective, but that's just me. My gums also hurt so much less when I brush. If the good results continue, I definitely see myself making this a regular part of my oral hygiene routine. As someone who thought I would toss this in the trash after a week and move on to other products, I'm stoked. Again, five stars. I still have another tablespoon (just under 15ml) worth of oil left, but I went ahead and ordered more. I'll update again in another two weeks. If I see a significant difference before then, I'll update sooner. -- Update #2 - May 18th, 2021. Whoops, I'm a little late! Guess I lost track of time. As I got closer to finishing my second bottle, I noticed that my oral health seemed to be regressing. My gums were starting to bleed and the inflammation was slowly coming back. I have two theories: 1. Using too much of the product for too long can actually have a reverse effect and cause some damage to your oral health because good bacteria is being removed with the bad, or 2. My oral health improved with the help of this product, but it was only going to do so much before I absolutely needed to get a professional cleaning from my dentist. Personally, i think it's a combination of both. Fortunately, I had already scheduled a dentist appointment by the time I reached the bottom of the second bottle and was able to get a proper check-up. I was shocked to find out I just needed a basic cleaning and not a deep one. Personally, I'm convinced I would have needed the more invasive (and more expensive) cleaning had I not used this product at all. The inflammation was terrible before I tried this, but it now looked like it was a little beyond the beginning stages when I went to the dentist. Even better, you can barely tell I have any inflammation at all after I got the regular cleaning. I really do think this pulling oil and the cleaning saved me from a worse outcome. I shudder to think what my dentist visit would have been like had I not given this stuff a shot. Is it a miracle worker? I wouldn't go that far. But it works. It reduced a lot of the inflammation and even slightly whitened my teeth. If you can't visit the dentist anytime soon, whether it's because of the pandemic or a lack of insurance and the hefty price tag that can sometimes come with those appointments, I recommend giving this a shot. From personal experience, I don't think it will completely eliminate the problem, depending on the severity, but I would certainly wager that it will reduce the impact that problem might otherwise cause and keep it at bay for a certain amount of time. Be sure to monitor your developments, though. As I mentioned earlier, it seemed to work great until it didn't (nearly two whole bottles later) and you don't want to reverse your progress by overdoing it, if that is indeed a possibility with this product. Itβs possible something else caused the subsequent bleeding and inflammation, as I did make a few changes with medications and my diet around that time. I don't see myself using this regularly, but I do see myself purchasing it every three months as an extra cleaning for my mouth. I thought about reducing my rating to four stars, but I'm going to stick with the five I initially gave it. No, it didn't completely cure my gum issue, but I didn't expect it to and it still helped in significant ways until I felt safe enough to make a dentist appointment. Considering how low my expectations were at the beginning and the decent price, I'm impressed and grateful."
